Cancellation & refund policy

• Passes are non-refundable and can't be cancelled once bought.
• If you were charged but didn't get your passes, or were charged twice, contact us. Once confirmed, the extra payment is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• If Illuminati: The Theatre Rave (Sun 15 Nov 2026 · 11 AM–3:30 PM) is cancelled by the organisers, every paid pass is refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Refunded passes stop working at the gate.
