What we collect

Your name, phone, email, college, ID number (and gender for accommodation passes), the discount code you used, and how you reached this page (for example a QR in a cafe or an ad). Card / UPI details are entered on Razorpay and never reach us.

Why

• To issue your passes, email them to you and check them at the gate.
• To credit the cafe, campus ambassador or creator whose code you used.
• To measure our ads. We use the Meta pixel and send hashed contact details to Meta to match purchases with ads.

Who sees it

The Illuminati Productions team, gate volunteers (name, college and the last digits of your ID only), Razorpay (payments), Resend (email) and Meta (hashed, for ad measurement). We don't sell your data.

How long

We keep this data until 31 March 2027 for accounts and disputes, then delete it. To ask for deletion earlier, contact us below.
